Terms for open accounts is NET-20 any invoice over due may be subject to a 1.5% interest charge per month.

Sales Tax: New Jersey residents add 7% sales tax
If paying by check and check is cancelled or returned will be subject to a $35.00 charge per return.
Also when paying by check this will delay processing your order until check is cleared by your bank.
Do to the nature of this market and circumstances beyond our control, prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to change, adjust or correct pricing. We also reserve the right to make correction in the event of a misprint.
Delivery & Shipping Policy
We ship UPS or US MAIL , Heavy items will ship by Freight we use UPS Freight and Yellow Freight
Products that are in stock or dropped shipped from the manufacture make take 3-5 business days.
Custom items may take up to 6-weeks.
Out of stock items from our inventory or from the manufacture may take longer, we will advise you if there is an additional delay.
You can expect an extended delivery date if items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, if personalization is requested this will delay shipment.
Orders for in-stock items and placed by 2pm (EST) Monday through Friday will typically ship that day.
Orders may be split to expedite your shipment, however no additional shipping charge will apply
We currently only ship to the Continental US.
For orders to: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be shipped by US MAIL or UPS 2nd day.
Note: Additional charges may apply.
Orders to Canada will be shipped by US MAIL which may take 10-14 Days, If your package needs to go by UPS in which case extra shipping charges may apply. Duties and tariff fees are not included in your invoice and Canadian customers are responsible for them.
Some restrictions apply to our shipping policy due to quanity,weight, shape and size. Some orders may require additional shipping charges. If the items you are ordering require this extra charge you will be notified when we receive your order and once approved by you we will process your order.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and all other destinations outside the continental U.S.: An additional $24.99 charge applies to online orders, and after you submit your order Customer Service will notify you with a final freight quote for your approval.
Free shipping is not eligible on orders shipped outside of the contiguous United States; you will be charged the amount in the Standard Shipping Charges table above for your product(s) subtotal in addition to the $24.99 out-of-U.S. charge in the case of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Depending on the weight and dimensions of a product or quantity of products, additional shipping charges may apply. If the actual shipping charges differ greatly from the stated shipping charges, one of our representatives will contact you with actual shipping charges for your approval.
Customs, Duties & Other Charges or Fees
Orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to tariffs, duties, brokerage fees and/or taxes upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Continental Fire & Safety Inc, bills you only for your order; all tariffs, duties, brokerage fees or other charges are outside of Continental Fire & Safety, Inc. control and are billed by third parties. Any tariffs, duties, brokerage fees or other charges are your responsibility
RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUND POLICY
All returns must be made within 30 days of your original invoice
If you are not satisfied with you merchandise you may return it for a full refund of purchase price less shipping cost
If you made your purchase with a credit card we will apply credit to that card
If you paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you with 20 days of return.
If we find that the product is not in its original condition, the product will be returned to you and no credit will be issued.
You must include a return /exchangeform (click here for return form) please fill out completely along with a copy of original invoice and packing slip.
Products must be received in unopened original packaging with no evidence of wear or use.
Custom, personalized or special order products ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Please check your order before submitting.
If a mistake was made by us or the manufacturer we will remake product and ship at no charge to you.
In the case of a manufacture defect due to poor quality or workmanship , the product may be returned direct to the manufacture. Please contact us prior to sending product back.
If a product is returned for a sizing error or style exchange, you will be responsible for the return and shipping exchange fees. We are not responsible for lost shipping back to us.
All returns must be made within 30-DAYS
Any claim for shortages or damage must be made within 48 hours
No refund, credit or exchange will be given until product in question is returned and examined, any product showing signs of wear or not in original unopened packaging will be returned to you.

Special note on Boot Returns:
Boots may be returned, if upon receipt of your order , you determine that the sizing is not correct, Customers are responsible to make sure that they fit prior to putting them in service and must be done within 30-Days of purchase. Boots showing any signs of being worn or dirty will not be accepted and credit will be denied.
Special note on Helmet and Helmet fronts Returns:
Stock configured helmets may be return for refund ,exchange or credit is you determine that it is the wrong size or is not what you expected. Do not remove any protective covering or packaging from the helmet or helmet shield. Do not install any decals or lettering on helmet , also any helmet tha show any sign of use, wear including perspiration in the head liner will be sent back to you and credit will be denied.
Helmet fronts are NOT RETURNABLE
Custom or Build your own helmets are considered Custom or special order and are NOT RETURNABLE.

What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?

CFNS offers access to some services that require registration. We may use your registration contact information to send notification to you of CFNS products and services by e-mail and/or postal mail.
